What I have eaten:

  • All you can eat sushi x 2 (aka enough raw Salmon to feed Nunavut and the seals for 2 weeks)
  • Dim sum
  • Family Chinese dinners x 6
  • Half a Hawaiian pizza and half a alfredo sauce type pizza from this pizza restaurant at Blue Mountain which was really good
  • Siu loong baos, woa teeps, hoong siu owh yook mein, owh yook dai bang, Seung hoi cho chow...Asian Legend styles
  • Red curry chicken, laksa, pad thai at Restoran Malaysia
  • Roast chicken with squash and apples on Christmas Eve
  • Homemade apple pie
  • Chicken breast with cilantro/tomato/herbs salsa, yams and roasted potatoes, steamed veggies, and shrimp pasta in rose sauce, brownie cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake, mixed greens with balsamic vinegar/olive oil/lemon juice dressing
  • Cora's breakfast of spinach and cheese crepe and raspberry dessert crepe
  • Mong gaw sai mie lo but no mong gaws so I had see doh beh lay sai mie lo
  • Brunch at Sierra Grill - salads galore and chicken wrap
  • Coq au vin on New Year's Eve
  • Chinese dinner 10 course thing on Christmas Day with the cousins who don't eat a lot (aka I ate for me times ten because I sat at the kids table - see below)
  • Lunch at mentor's house who is an event planner aka cheese and cracker plates, dips, breads, hummous, salads, ten different kinds of desserts...

    2 week fasting to prepare for WINTERLICIOUS.
